Wordless Wednesday

Sun Rising November 5th, 2008

Behold He Comes
AILUA MAMEA
These are the days of Elijah
Declaring the word of the Lord
And these are the days of his servant Moses
Righteousness being restored
And though these are days of great trials
Of famine and darkness and sword
Still we are the voice in the desert
Crying, prepare ye the way of the Lord

And these are the days of Ezikiel
The dry bones becoming as flesh
And these are the days of your servant David
Rebuilding a temple of praise
And these are the days of the harvest
The fields are as white in your world
Still we are the labourers in your vineyard
Declaring the word of the Lord

Behold he comes
Riding on the clouds
Shining like the sun
At the trumpet's call
So lift your voice
It's the year of Jubilee
For out of Zion's Hill salvation comes

Oh, thank goodness, I can comment now. I wanted to comment yesterday on your cow troubles but blogger wouldn't let me.
Your new picture in the header and post is simply gorgeous.
Sorry you are having so much trouble milking. I hated it back when I had to hand milk. I have to tell you that our cows have been in a terrible mood lately too. One of Liz's big goofs jumped over on me when my back was turned last night and crushed me right onto the stall divider. It hurt. I hope things smooth out for you (and for me too as far as that goes) take care in the meantime.

Thanks!
Things went better this morning. For one, Joe milked last night while I was at class, giving my poor hands a break. And this morning we double teamed her. He took one side and I took the other. We milked her out, well, in half the time. And now that lovely creamy milk is on my stove at 110 degrees breeding little yogurt cultures.
So, things are getting better. Thanks for the sympathy. There is some indescribable comfort knowing that someone feels your pain.
LOL.
XOXO

Oh! And threecollie- as dorky as this sounds, you were my inspiration for taking that pic this morning. I looked out my window and thought, threecollie would so take a picture of that, post it on her blog, and make me want to go take a picture like it. So today, I took it!

I tried to comment on the cow thing, too, and decided to send you an email, but by the time I clicked over to my email, I forgot.

You can always tip her over when she pisses you off, you know. At least, that's what I hear. But move the bucket first.

Can I get milk Friday?
