Peace On Earth

And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

Peace.

Here is a paraphrase of something I read today about peace (Rick Warren, The Purpose of Christmas):

We will not have peace in the world until we have peace in our nations.
We will not have peace in our nation until we have peace in our communities.
We will not have peace in our community until we have peace in our families.
We will not have peace in our family until we have peace in ourselves.
And we will not have peace in ourselves until we allow the Prince of Peace to
rule in our hearts.

Please be a peacemaker this season to everyone you meet. In the store, in your families, at parties.
Take the strife around you and turn it to peace by being Christ to your friends and family members.
Let go of the hurts and injustices that will be coming your way this season. Let go of being offended.
Speak peace to the offender.
