Buterrfly Effect- What you do matters.

"What can I do?"
"What difference does it make?"
"There is just so much suffering, my actions can't change anything."
"Giving up my coffee shop stop and giving such a small amount away couldn't actually help someone. Could it?"

What you do (or do not do) matters.

It takes about 20 minutes to watch all three videos, but it is really good. You should know by now that I do not share anything that is not seriously worth the time invested. Time is precious around here. I don't like to waste my own time and certainly wouldn't be interested in wasting yours. :)

Dude's name is Andy Andrews. I saw him at Women of Faith one time. What he said has stuck with me.

Enjoy!

Here's a quick re-tell of a story many of you already know:
A young girl was walking along a beach upon which thousands of starfish had been washed up during a terrible storm. When she came to each starfish, she would pick it up, and throw it back into the ocean. People watched her with amusement.

She had been doing this for some time when a man approached her and said, “Little girl, why are you doing this? Look at this beach! You can’t save all these starfish. You can’t begin to make a difference!”

The girl seemed crushed, suddenly deflated. But after a few moments, she bent down, picked up another starfish, and hurled it as far as she could into the ocean. Then she looked up at the man and replied,

“Well, I made a difference to that one!”

Make a difference for one and see how God can use that change the world.

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." Galatians 6:9

Be a blessing.
