Ball Blue Book of Preserving....GIVEAWAY!

In honor of Memorial Day, and also because I find myself blessed with two copies, I am giving away the Ball Blue Book of Preserving. It is a great resource for, well, preserving.
Speaking of preserving, I watched a fun DVD the other night: The Art of Canning with the West Ladies
Please leave a lovely comment here and I will enter you to win the canning book.
XOXO

I would happily leave you a comment even without the incentive of a give away. I love your blog. In fact earlier today I saved your bread recipe to try, as I need a speedy bread recipe. Seems as if we are always out. Thanks

We've tried canning with mayo jars without much success. If you do use mayo jars be sure to check the seal before you store it. It is really gross to get moldy food.

We love to can. We can everything from jam to applesauce to beets. Delicious! They make great Christmas presents too! People love homemade stuff. :o)

I said, "Pick a number 1-3." and she said '2'.
So, Corrie, congrats.
Please send me a message via facebook with you address and I will send it out. You just have to promise not to use mayo jars anymore, that is actually really dangerous. They are not made to withstand high temps, and could exlpode all over you when canning.
