Sap is running now? The boss said he thought it was but I hadn't seen any. Our woods faces north so it won't run until quite late.
woohoo! I can't wait to have my home-made maple syrup!! I wonder how long it I can make it last for - does it even have a use-by date before it goes horribly gloopy!! (I mean more gloopy than usual of course!!) ;-)
