Garlic Scape and Feta Quiche



2 cups goat milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
2 T butter, softened
2 T margarine, softened
4 garlic scapes, chopped fine
¼ C goat milk feta, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
Pour into greased pie plate or cast iron pan, bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
