1/2 pound garlic scapes
basil leaves
3/4 C olive oil
1/4 C lemon juice
2 C parmesan cheese
Cut scapes into 3 inch pieces, place scapes, basil and olive oil in blender. Blend till desired consistancy.
Pour into bowl, add lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Eat it on crackers, chips, pasta, etc.

That is my favorite thing to do with the scapes: crackers or hot pasta!
