Thai Red Curry Paste

1 T onion powder
1 drop lemon essential oil
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 t paprika
2 T garlic powder
1 T ginger
2 t coriander
1 t white pepper
2 T soy sauce
1 T lime juice
1 t sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
2 T curry powder

I made this to go in my Roasted Pumpkin-Coconut-Thai Soup. More on that later.
